The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Nkwanta South, Hon. Joseph Awal Antwi Abubakar, has extended warm May Day greetings to workers across the municipality, commending their dedication and vital contributions to local and national development.
n a message released by his office to mark International Workers’ Day, the MCE praised the resilience and commitment of the workforce, describing them as the backbone of progress in Nkwanta South.
Hon. Abubakar, who appeared in full work attire, complete with a white safety helmet and reflective vest,symbolically aligned himself with labourers and professionals alike, demonstrating solidarity with workers across various sectors.
The gesture, widely shared on social media, reinforced his appreciation for the everyday efforts of citizens contributing to the municipality’s growth.
“On this May Day, I extend my warm appreciation to all hardworking individuals across our municipality,” he stated. “Your dedication and unwavering commitment remain the driving force behind our development. Let us continue to work together for a better future.”
The message was anchored on the theme “Together, we build a stronger Nkwanta South,” underscoring the importance of unity and collective effort in advancing the municipality’s development agenda.
