Bankoman Association Of USA has donated a brand new Ambulance to Banko clinic in the sekyere kumawu district of the Ashanti region.
The donation was made by Mr K.K Brefo on behalf of the association.
According to Mr .K K Brefo ,the donation was to help the clinic to attend to emergency cases in the community.
He said the donation was made upon a request by the community clinic when they once donated health facilities to the clinic.
The cost of the Ambulance is $12,290 .
He talked about the need for those who are financially sound to give back to the society in which they belong.
He revealed that,most of the communities in the country need to be developed and is about hard time we all fight for progress and development .
Adding that ,the government alone cannot do it all hence the need for people outside the country to remember where they were born and bread before leaving for greener pastures outside the country.
Bankohene ,Nana Kwabena sefa Kwarteng I , speaking at the event lauded the effort of the association and noted that going forward alot should be brought to the community to enhance safety stay in the community.
