Breaking The Eight Calls For  Dexterity- Dr. Nana Afriyie



Dr. Isaac Nana Afriyie, a hopeful aspirant of the New Patriotic Party in the Wassa Amanfi East constituency in the western region, has pleaded with all NPP party faithfuls to embrace practical skills training for the good of the party and individuals to help break the eight.


According to Dr. Afriyie, The New Patriotic Party is resolute in equipping it members and Ghanaians with optimal practical knowledge and attributes necessary to carry out their duties at various constituencies and polling stations.

“It is of much importance to have our party men and women to be dexterous and independent as they carry the party’s message to the people in their various local communities. Especially, the women’s wing of the party. As Dr. Kwegyir Aggrey stated; “If you educate a man you educate an individual,but if you educate a woman you educate nation.”

“I’m very much convinced that if we empower our women through skills training, it goes a long way to help raise hopes in families and children. So I will urge everybody to participate in one or two of such handmakimg enterprises for the progress of communities and nation ,” he said.



Dr. Afriyie in addressing the media at a one day workshop training program held at the forecourt of Boakyewaa hotel on Thursday, 8th April 2023. for all polling station women organisers in the Wassa Amenfi East Municipal capital, Akropong, showed his commitment to raising the living standards of the women and electorates in the Wassa Amanfi east constituency through skill training and many other projects like; extension of electrification, creating of access route for NHIS, free health insurance card for polling station executives, evacuation of refuse damp for the municipal hospital, and other philanthropical initiatives for the well being of Wassa Amanfi east constituents. He therefore called for the support of the electorates as he declared his intention to contest in the NPP’s upcoming parliamentary primaries in the Wassa Amanfi east constituency.


The women organiser for the New Patriotic Party in the Wassa Amanfi east constituency, Mrs. Cynthia Nsowaah, on behalf of the Women’s wing congratulated Dr. Isaac Nana Afriyie for the kind gesture towards the women wing in the constituency. ” I would therefore urge our women to make very good use of the skills they have acquired today and train other women as well in the various polling stations,” She stated.


Mr. Clement Amoh, the assistant constituency Secretary, who represented the constituency executives also applauded and encouraged Dr. Nana Afriyie to bring more of such projects to the constituency to help redeem the Wassa Amanfi east Parliamentary seat from the NDC.
