Hon Sheikh Issah Salifu Taylor,Tarkwa Nsuaem NDC Parliamentary Candidate has embarked on a thank you tour to show appreciation to all delegates for voting massively for him to lead the party in the Constituency level ahead of the 2024 general elections.

The affable politician last week visited communities surrounding his constituency which included mile-7 community, Wangarakrom , Mile -10 and half community, Simpa Community and Badukrom community .

Speaking to delegates at Simpa,he promised to furnish the community with a new accidental hospital which will be responsible to provide quality health care to the people in the area.

He also stated that, as the past NDC government did by providing police station and other equally important developmental projects,his office as the next Member of Parliament for the area and with John Dramani Mahama as the President ,the Constituency will continue to witness developmental projects.

He further promised to make the gold business attractive to all members, adding that,he will empower constituents who have interest in the gold business to work with the Gold Fields Company in the area and other mining firms who are operating in the Constituency because Tarkwa as a Constituency is a home of gold and cannot sit down to see his people being unemployed.

“My people have to work because we have a lot of mining firms and they must equally benefit.

Unemployment rate in the Constituency is alarming and I believe this is the time for me to empower my people, especially the youth to go into responsible mining,so my office will address all the needed obstacles to get them employed when Iam voted for as the next MP for the area.”He further indicated.

The workaholic politician however promised to expand the lighting system of the people of Techiman if he’s elected as the MP and also secures victory for the NDC.

As part of his visit to Techiman community,he donated plastic chairs to the community to furnish the community center with the chairs for their local meetings and other equally important activities.

He however lauded the chiefs and the entire NDC members in the Constituency for the unflinching support and dedication towards his victory during the parliamentary primaries.

He promised to transform Tarkwa Nsuaem Constituency should NDC come to power and with him as the Member of Parliament for the area.
