“Don’t accept poverty as something normal. Yesterday, I wept when I saw a humble man like Dr.Osei Kwame Despite,Chief Executive Officer of Despite Group of Companies, celebrating his 60th anniversary. I am told he is a millionaire with a lot of companies but he doesn’t boast of his wealth.
Rarely would you see him talking; even yesterday when he was presenting two complete houses to his sisters in Wiamoase ,his hometown in Sekyere South District of the Ashanti region no one can even detect a sign of arrogancy in his moves and words.
I have know understand that Those with “Paper cash” don’t talk but those with coins are always loud. Today, you will see a young man who has only 1 million Ghana cedis with some small company finding it difficult to pay his workers salaries at the end of the month.His own kids and family members can’t even afford one square meal a day but he will be out telling people he has everything on this earth.
