The Vice President of the Foundation of Concerned Arts, Professor Enoch Gyepong, has beseeched the government to abide to the laws governing the Creative Art Agency in Ghana.

He revealed this when speaking with Kessben TV on Maakye Show, after an alleged 25 million dollars was known to have been used for painting of the capital city, Accra by the President’s Daughter.

According to him, there is no law that says that, the Creative industry should be governed by an acting CEO which has Gyan Nkrumah Akuffo as the head.

He says it should be governed by an executive secretary and a board of Chairman to make decisions on behalf of the agency and not just doing what one feels like.

He further emphasized that, the Creative Art industry is not working properly by not adhering to the laws and due to that accountability is not seen.

He calls on the government to make changes in the industry by working according to the laws in the Constitution, to see to the development of the Creative Art industry.
