Men often drink a lot of alcoholic beverages, unlike women. Do you know why women tend to live longer? This is because they rarely drink alcohol-containing beverages such as beer. Though it’s not bad for us to drink such alcoholic beverages every once in a while, please keep your consumption under control at least twice a week. Alcoholic beverages such as beer are not very good for our bodies. In fact, our bodies aren’t very good at absorbing alcohol. Alcoholic beverages consist of the most common drinks available in the world. However, they don’t contain that much sugar, but they do contain a lot of carbohydrates that turn into sugar gradually.
