Former Central regional chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress, Mr. Allotey Jacob has said that nobody can hang corruption on the neck of former President John Dramani Mahama likewise Nana Addo, president of the Republic . He revealed that, its not about the party leaders or presidents who are corrupt but their appointees. He told Kwame Sefa Kai on peace fm this morning monitored by broadcastergh.com that there are well- endowed personalities and investors in the country who always do research on political parties who are likely to win elections and support them financially to win elections. Stressing that, after the party that they supported had won power, they then chance upon that and seek for contracts from the governing party then that corruption starts.
