He made assertions on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, when he stormed the party’s headquarters to file his nomination forms.
Mr. Bissue is contesting as the General Secretary.
Speaking after filing his nomination forms, he urged the the rank and file of the party to join him to make this dream together and further appealed to the delegates to vote massively for him to win the general Secretary position as according to him, he has what it takes to make NPP effective, great and strong.
He stressed that his vast experience in party politics had attested to the fact that making him the new NPP General Secretary will make the party win the 2024 general elections.
He said that the NPP has got to the level where new crops of the leadership must step in to steer the affairs of the party to help propagate the campaign strategies of the party to woo the eligible Ghanaian voters to vote massively for the party to retain power.
Mr. Bissue promised that if he is given the mandate, he would pursue a vision that will enable the party to win not just the 2024 elections but subsequent ones.ones.
