The Chief Executive Officer of PIWAK Natural Health, Dr. Prince Nelson Mortoti, has cautioned Ghanaian men against unhealthy lifestyle choices that could lead to obesity, warning that excessive body fat can significantly impair sexual performance.
According to Dr. Mortoti, obesity does not only affect physical appearance but also disrupts the body’s internal systems, including blood circulation—an essential factor in male sexual health.
“When there is too much fat in the body, the system does not function efficiently. One of the major consequences is poor blood flow, which can affect the male organ and ultimately reduce sexual performance,” he explained.
Dr. Mortoti made these remarks while educating the public on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and adopting preventive health practices. He stressed that many men often overlook the connection between weight management and sexual vitality, focusing instead on short-term remedies.
He further advised that maintaining a balanced lifestyle, including proper diet and regular physical activity, is key to sustaining overall health and sexual wellness.
“Aside from the use of natural supplements that support vitality, men must prioritise regular exercise. Staying active not only enhances physical strength but also improves circulation, boosts energy levels, and contributes to a youthful and healthy life,” he stated.
Dr. Mortoti also highlighted the benefits of natural health products such as the 3P Garlic Mixture, produced by PIWAK Natural Health. According to him, the product supports immune function, promotes vitality, and contributes to general well-being when used alongside healthy lifestyle practices.
However, he emphasised that supplements should not replace disciplined health habits.
“Natural products can support the body, but they work best when combined with good nutrition, exercise, and proper lifestyle choices,” he added.
Health experts have consistently warned that obesity is a growing public health concern in Ghana and across the world, linked to several conditions including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and reduced reproductive health.
Dr. Mortoti therefore urged men to take proactive steps to manage their weight, noting that prevention remains the most effective approach to avoiding long-term health complications.
“Your health is your responsibility. Making conscious decisions today will determine your strength, vitality, and longevity tomorrow,” he advised.
His comments add to ongoing public health advocacy encouraging Ghanaians to adopt healthier lifestyles to improve quality of life and reduce the burden of preventable diseases.
